Chia Seeds Pudding
Ingredients
- Chia Seeds - 3 Tablespoons
- Almond Milk or Coconut Milk - 1 Cup
- Berries - 1/2 Cup
- Raw Honey - 1 Tbs
Instructions
- Soak chia seeds in milk overnight, chia seeds will grow and absorb the liquid, pudding like consistency. In the morning just add the berries and honey to taste.
Chia seeds are a great sorce of fiber, this is the appetite suppressant, omega 3 filled breakfast or snack.
