Granola
Ingredients
- Old Fashioned Oats - 6 Cups
- Sliced Almonds - 1 Cup
- Mixed Seeds (flax seeds, chia seeds) - 1/2 Cup
- Maple Syrup or Agave - 4 oz
- Oil - 2 Teaspoons
Instructions
- Mix the oats and seeds in a large bowl.
- Add the maple syrup or agave nectar and oil.
- Mix thoroughly
- Add more syrup if needed so the seeds stick to the oats.
- Spread evenly on a greased baking pan.
- Bake at 325 F for 20 minutes, mix thoroughly and bake for another 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven, let cool down and transfer to a container.
