Cod Fish Asian Style
Ingredients
- Sauce Ingredients To Marinate Fish
- Crushed Garlic - 2 Tsp
- Grated Ginger - 1 Tsp
- Tamari or Soy Sauce - 1/4 Cup
- Maple Syrup - 1 Tbs
- Orange Juice - 2 Tbs
- Other ingredients
- Cod Fillets - 4
- Medium White Onion (Thinly Sliced) - 1
- Sliced Carrots - 2 Cups
- Sesame Oil
- Toppings
- Chopped Scallions
- Chopped Cilantro
Instructions
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add oil. Add onions andcarrots; allow cooking for 5 minutes, stirring.
- Combine sauce ingredients
- Add fish, pour sauce over; cook 4 minutes on each side or until done.
- Transfer to serving plate and sprinkle with scallions and cilantro
