Manage Stress Through ART (Acknowledge, Respond, Transform)” GOAL: The goal of this webinar is to teach self –care skills to manage stress through art. During this workshop participants will learn to Acknowledge their feelings towards common stressors, they will learn tips to proactively Respond to those feelings and Transform negative thoughts and reactions into positive outcomes. During the workshop participants will learn and practice breathing techniques, guided imagery and create their own work of art.
