Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- Artichoke hearts - 2 cups
- Black pepper - 1 tbs
- Chopped spinach - 4 cups
- Minced thyme - 1 tsp
- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- Minced parsley - 1 tbs
- White beans, prepared - 1 cup
- Parmesan cheese - 2 tbs
- Low-fat sour cream - 1/2 cup
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Put in glass or ceramic dish and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
- Serve with whole-grain bread, crackers or vegetables for dipping.
