Tomato Basil Bruschetta
Ingredients
- Whole-grain baguette, cut into six 1/2-inch-thick diagonal slices - 1/2
- Chopped basil - 2 tbs
- Chopped parsley - 1 tbs
- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- Tomatoes, diced - 3
- Diced fennel - 1/2 cup
- Olive oil - 1 tsp
- Balsamic vinegar - 2 tsp
- Black pepper - 1 tsp
Instructions
- Toast baguette slices in 400 F oven until lightly browned.
- Mix all other ingredients together.
- Spoon mixture evenly over toasted bread.
- Serve immediately.
